The annual Blue Mass honoring all law enforcement, criminal justice personnel, support staff and their families will be celebrated by Archbishop Joe Vasquez at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. Officers are encouraged to wear their dress uniforms without hat.
