This training is aimed at helping youth ministry leaders and volunteers gain an understanding of the theology behind retreats and the best practices for leading retreats in a youth ministry setting. The goal of this training is to help you develop a holistic view of how to care for adolescents on retreat. Specific to the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston we will explore the policies for organizing and leading retreats with adolescents in our local church.
