Step 1: Navigate to the Capernaum Site

Step 2: Start Account Creation

• Click on the 'Create Account' button on the login screen.
• 

Step 3: Fill in Your Details

• Fill in all personal Information

Step 4: Select Parish City and Name

• Select your parish city. Choose Other/Outside the Archdiocese if you are not associated with a parish.
• Select your parish name from the available options.

Step 4: Select Your Area of Interest

• Select if you are interested in Parish or Catholic School Formation

Step 5: Select Catholic School Affiliation

• Select an option for catholic school affiliation

Step 6: Agree to Terms of Service

• Click the check box to agree to the terms of service.

Step 7: Click Submit

• Click the 'SUBMIT' button
• 

Step 8: Check your email for a verification link

• You will see a confirmation message that you need to check your email to confirm your account.

Step 2: Open Profile Menu

• Click on the profile picture in the top right corner to open the profile menu.

Step 3: Select 'My Profile'

• Click on 'My Profile' in the profile menu.

Step 4: View Profile Page

• The Profile Page allows you to view personal information and your learning history

Step 5: View Learning Types

• 'Learning Paths' Section. This includes completed and in-progress items.
• 'Courses' Section. This includes completed and in-progress items.
• 'Additional Learning' Section. This includes all external and other historical items. It is also where you will add other training to your profile.

Step 6: Open Your Transcript Report

• Click on the 'Transcript' button to view your learning transcript.

Step 7: Save or Share your Transcript

• Option 1 - Shareable LIVE Link - Copy the link in the address bar and share it. This is a LIVE link that will update with your profile.
• Option 2 - Save as .csv - Click the blue button on the top right of the transcript report
• Option 2 - Print Report - Click the red button to print the report as it is seen.

Step 2: Navigate to the Browse Section

• Click the 'BROWSE' button in the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Search for Training

• Option 1: Use the Search Bar - You can search by full/partial title, keywords, topics, categories, etc.
• Option 2: Select a Topic - Click on one of the topic tiles will narrow down to the course and learning paths associated with that topic.
• Option 3: Use the Filter Button - Use the filter button to narrow down your search.

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

• On the login screen, click on the 'Forgot password?' link.

Step 3: Choose Reset Method

• Select the 'Reset Your Password' option to create a new password.

Step 4: Enter Email Address

• Enter your email address and click "Reset Password."

Step 2: Open the Profile Menu

• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select "My Profile"

• From the dropdown menu, click on 'My Profile'

Step 4: Navigate to Additional Learning

• Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the "Additional Learning" section.

Step 5: Add Additional Learning

• Click on the '+ ADDITIONAL LEARNING' button in the upper right corner.
• 

Step 6: Add Details

• Enter all required details, including an attachment that serves as proof for the additional learning.

Step 7: Click Create

• Click the CREATE button to save your changes.
•

Step 2: Open the Profile Menu

• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select "My Profile"

• From the dropdown menu, click on 'My Profile'

Step 4: Edit Profile

• Click the "Edit Profile" link under the profile picture

Step 5: Update Information

• Update all of the desired information.

Step 6: Confirm Changes

• Click the submit button to confirm changes.

Step 7: Update Photo

• Click the photo/placeholder
• Browse your computer for the photo you wish to upload.
• Click the "Upload Image" Button to confirm changes.
