Liderazgo Servicial A five-part series offered twice a year for ministry leaders The ministry of adult faith formation is fundamental to the mission of the Church, and the most important factor is the formation of the leader. Therefore, for these leaders to successfully fulfill their role, they must acquire specific skills and competencies for servant leadership. This program is open to anyone who holds a leadership role in their parish, whether as a group leader, coordinator, director, or group leader.
