Three times a year. Check the available dates and register at FLM website. Before the Vows is a comprehensive marriage preparation program covering the archdiocesan requirements from our bishops and equips engaged couples with the practical conversations and spiritual reflections needed for a fruitful married life.
Before the Vows comprises three components:- Super Saturday. Intensive workshop covering the reasoning and theological foundations of a marriage.
- A video series of fundamental topics for couples’ review and discussion.
- 1-day retreat on the spirituality of marriage in the presence of our Lord.

Please note that you must attend both the Super Saturday and Retreat in order to receive a completion certificate.
