The Office of Communications collects photos and media from Archdiocesan parishes, Catholic schools and ministries related to events, projects and happenings during the year.
We are looking for:
Seasonal and Liturgical parish/school activities (Marian celebrations, prayer vigils, pet blessings, etc.)
Sacraments (Baptisms, First Communion, Confirmation, Weddings, etc.)
Generational events - Youth, Scouting, Seniors, etc.
Update: Paid ads and flyers may also be submitted through this portal, but ATA submissions must be submitted using this form. Submissions will not be considered outside of the form.
After submitting files, email [email protected] with caption details: What is the subject of the photos? Where and when were the photos taken? Who took the photos?
All photos and information submitted will be considered for use in the Texas Catholic Herald or on the website and/or social media. For assistance in submitting, contact James Ramos at the TCH Newsroom.
Photo Consent | By submitting content to the Texas Catholic Herald, the submitter confirms that all necessary copyright permissions, photo consents, and liability releases have been obtained for every individual featured in the submitted media. In accordance with Archdiocesan policy, photographs of minors must never be posted or published without a Media Release Form signed by the parent or guardian.
