CHRISM MASS – March 31 The Chrism Mass celebrates the priests’ connection to the Bishop through the priestly anointing and the renewal of their promises; the Bishop blesses the Oils of the Sick and the Catechumens, and Consecrates the Holy Chrism.

HOLY THURSDAY – April 2 The Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday marks the beginning of the Holy Triduum, which includes Good Friday and Holy Saturday. It celebrates the institution of the Eucharist and includes the washing of the feet.
