The monstrance holding the Eucharist gleamed in the midday sun July 16 as pilgrims on the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage's northern Marian Route turned a downtown corner and came into view of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the pilgrimage's final destination.

Singing hymns and praying the rosary, hundreds of Catholics from the Archdiocese of Louisville and the Archdiocese of Indianapolis processed with the Blessed Sacrament from Waterfront Park in downtown Louisville across the Ohio River via the Big Four Bridge July 9.

The Café Catholica summer series is open to all young adults (ages 18-39) and features dynamic speakers, prayer, and socializing. Café Catholica 2024 will be held in person at St. Vincent de Paul (6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston) on four Mondays in July starting on July 8th. Each night will include Confession at 5:15 pm, Mass at 6:15 pm, Dinner at 7:15 pm, and Talk at 8:15 pm. This year’s theme is: Home with Him. Come for all or part of the evening!
